The Junior Suite with Balcony offers fine views and a lovely area to relax. Unfortunately, the walk to the city center felt longer than expected.

We loved being there and would definitely return here. We stayed in the double room, it was fashionable and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The food was delicious - a wide range of options. The location was great for walking around an art museum.

Stayed in this property for 1 night and greatly enjoyed our choice. Stuff where pleasant, atmosphere was quiet, it had excellant location next to a lot of restaurants around, beautiful Florence and the center.

Found a few issues that were hard to ignore. The room lacked basic amenities like an iron and proper instructions for hotel facilities, such as the tour desk on the fifth floor. There was no milk or proper spoons for the tea and coffee offered.

I'm shocked at the lack of consideration here. The iron, a mere travel version, was useless. The owner's rude demeanor. I could have been treated like royalty, yet i was given only a mediocre stay. Good luck if you want amenities as expected. I nearly gave a good review but just couldn't.

Bright views from our Junior Suite with Balcony captivated me every morning. The terrace was perfect for sipping coffee while soaking in the mountain scenery. The room maintained a high level of cleanliness, which I appreciated. I faced issues with the shower. It didn't close properly and water spilled everywhere, frustrating as I couldn't get immediate help when I needed it. Communication with the owner left much to be desired, often feeling dictatorial rather than accommodating. Housekeeper Irina was a gem amidst all this, her kindness shone through despite the language barrier. The breakfast was lacking variety, which didn't meet my expectations for the price. I enjoyed the peacefulness of our location, but several factors dampened the experience.

spacious rooms with private balconies, unique terrace views, excellent location away from tourist crowds
Hot water in the showers could be unreliable!!! Communication from the owner often felt defensive and unhelpful!!! The terrace was misleadingly small compared to online photos!!!
